COOPERATION OFFER

Willing to bear a budget of 50% of the total budget, namely;

60% x Total Budget Recapitulation = 60% x Rp. 762,000,000.00 = Rp. 457,200,000.00

Being the only sponsor in this activity where the logo of the agency / product concerned will be placed on all promotional materials prepared by the committee, including on the activity website and souvenirs, given the opportunity for a 20-minute presentation about the agency / product at the opening and closing of the activity. Sole Sponsors are also given an agency/product introduction space of 200 x 300 cm in the exhibition area during the activity. Sponsors have the right to add promotional materials with independent funding, after prior consultation with the organizer.

Willing to bear production funds amounting to 25% of the total budget, namely;

25% x Total Budget Recapitulation = 25% x Rp. 762,000,000.00 = Rp. 190,500,000.00

Become a sponsor who will be the main focus of this event, with strategic placement of the logo of the agency / product concerned on all promotional materials prepared by the committee including on the activity website and souvenirs. Sponsors have the right to add promotional materials with independent funding, after previously consulting with the organizer. 

Willing to bear production funds amounting to 10% of the total budget, namely;

10% x Total Budget Recapitulation = 10% x Rp. 762,00,000.00 = Rp. 76,200,000.00

Become a sponsor whose position is equivalent to a media partner where the product logo concerned will be placed in a certain space on all promotional materials prepared by the committee. Sponsors have the right to add promotional materials with independent funding, except in the form of billboards and banners.

For supporting sponsors, participation is limited to the following forms:

INCLUSION OF COMPANY/AGENCY LOGO

1. On banner dimension 300 x 400 cm (Space 60 x 100 cm) = Rp. 10,000,000.00/banner
2. On Banners with dimensions of 100 x 400 cm (Space 30 x 50 cm) = Rp. 5,000,000.00/banner
3. On Pamphlets / Posters (Dimensions are adjusted) = Rp. 3,000,000.00

Media partners are parties who are willing to work with the organizers of this event in the form of publications. The form of cooperation is: The media partner is willing to publish all activities that will be carried out by the organizer with the weight and frequency that will be discussed later, the organizer will include the logo of the media partner company concerned in each specific space in all promotional materials prepared by the organizer.

Other agreements regarding this activity with sponsors or other parties are arranged later in the form of an MOU.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

• Sponsorship willingness is done by filling out and signing the sponsorship willingness form.
• The signing of the cooperation contract is carried out after an agreement between the two parties.
• The willingness form is returned no later than 15 days after the form is received by the sponsor.
• To become one of the sponsors, priority is given to sponsors who have entered into a contract earlier and based on the amount of the contract value.
• The sponsor provides a down payment of 30% of the costs agreed upon by both parties no later than 20 days before the loading of promotional media and publications.
• The design, name and logo of the sponsor that will be published in the promotional media and publications are submitted to the party who bears the publication no later than 20 days after being contacted by the committee. Or no later than 5 days before loading.
• If there is a single sponsor, there are no other sponsors.
• The sponsor has the right to be present at the event.
• In the event of force majeure, which may result in the delay or cancellation of the activity, both parties are not entitled to all compensation, however, the sponsor is entitled to a refund of all payments if the event is canceled by the committee.
• For contractors who have made payments as sponsors, if for some reason and resign, the payment cannot be withdrawn.
• The committee does not accept sponsors in any form who own, produce, market, trade goods, or businesses and services similar to the products and main and co-sponsors.
• Matters deemed necessary and have not been included above will be arranged later based on the agreement of both parties.
